All tax applicable to your Hellenic Home property is included within the price.

Your independent Crete based lawyer will ensure that all taxes and IKA fees are paid as necessary. These are NOT an extra fee at Hellenic Homes and are capped to a maximum of 5% of your property cost, even though they often come to more than this amount.
